Refund Policy
Products
For products such as our KID curriculum, Big Learning will refund your entire purchase price if a refund is requested within 30 days of shipment, and the product is unused. If the product is partially used, Big Learning will refund a pro-rated amount (e.g., we will refund 7/8ths of the purchase price if you've used the materials for one of the eight sessions). All refunds will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
Classes
For classes, Big Learning will refund your entire fee if you cancel your registration at least one week prior to the start of the class. If you cancel later than one week before the start of class, but before the second class session, we will refund 75% of your fee. If you cancel later than the second class session, but before the third class session, we will refund 50% of your fee. After the third class session, no refund is available.
